CNN —Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry was left lamenting “self-inflicted wounds” after Draymond Green received his fourth ejection of the season during the team’s 101-93 victory over the Orlando Magic on Wednesday. The app, called Apple Sports, does one thing well: show sports scores from all the major teams and leagues. Apple services chief Eddy Cue said the company designed the app to be fast and simple for multiple quick checks per day. This new app, which won't come pre-installed on iPhones, is tightly integrated with Apple's other Services apps, such as the TV app and News app. It works for sports Apple carries, as well as games on streaming services that are connected to the Apple TV app, many of which still require a cable subscription but will increasingly be available from over-the-top streamers. PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid will undergo an unspecified procedure this week to correct the injury to the lateral meniscus in his left knee. The 76ers did not say on Sunday night how much time Embiid was expected to miss. Embiid hurt his left knee Tuesday night in a loss to the Golden State Warriors. Embiid already has missed 13 games this season, all but ending his chances of being eligible for a second straight MVP award. He is the NBA’s leading scorer at 35.3 points per game and is averaging 11.3 rebounds and 5.7 assists.

He had a franchise-record 70 points to go along with 18 rebounds on Jan. 22 in a 133-124 victory over the San Antonio Spurs. And on Saturday night, they added another one to that list, creating yet more NBA history in the process. James’ Los Angeles Lakers and Curry’s Golden State Warriors couldn’t be separated through 48 minutes of time. James finished with a triple-double of 36 points, career-high 20 rebounds and 12 assists, while Curry had a game-high 46 points, 15 of which came in overtime. James is fouled by Draymond Green with one second left in double overtime to set up the game-winning free throws.
